Our agency partnered with Guardian Jet to create The Vault 3.0, a complete overhaul of their previous Vault, as well as redesign their company website. The Vault brings the online capability of Guardian Jet’s planning and reporting software to their entire product catalog, allowing their clients and potential clients to access every aspect of their relationship with Guardian Jet—in real time. The user experience, functionality and design all needed to be reconsidered to work flawlessly across all devices.

The team at Guardian Jet was looking to not only create a new look for the Vault, but to also rethink the functionality and user experience all together. Mediaboom worked with Guardian Jet to improve their aviation marketing strategies. New features and functionalities were developed to improve how the user interacts with the various aspects of the application including searching for new aircraft, viewing current fleet plans, and accessing important documents and information regarding purchases and sales. Mediaboom also had to ensure the application functioned flawlessly across all devices.
Guardian Jet’s new Vault boasts a brand new sleek interface that allows clients to access important information about their aircrafts quickly and easily. The new design is extremely flexible, scalable, and adapts seamlessly on tablets and mobile devices. Whether a client of Guardian Jet owns just one aircraft or an entire fleet, they will have an equally accommodating design and overall experience.
Guardian Jet was looking to update their company website so that it would be more in-line with the modern style of The Vault. The new website is responsive, mobile-friendly, and reflects the sophistication and professionalism of the company while unifying the styles, which has resulted in brand cohesiveness and recognition.
The Guardian Jet website includes a Cabin Comparison page, where users may view multiple aircraft model cross sections and floor plans at the same time. In addition to creating the tool itself, Mediaboom also designed all 120+ aircraft model floor plans and cross sections used in the tool.
The Range Rings tool has become an integral part of Guardian Jet’s new website and their aviation marketing efforts. This tool allows the user to select from two pieces of dynamic content including aircraft type and airport. Upon selection of these items, a corresponding range ring displays on the map. This tool has the ability to compare 2-3 range rings on the map at the same time and has proven to be a valuable tool in the buying and selling process.
Our agency designed an exclusive Airplane Buying Guide available for download only on the Guardian Jet website. The guide contained exclusive insights into the aircraft acquisition process, from finding a specific plane to managing assets post-purchase.
The guide was used as a lead magnet on the website to encourage users to provide their email address in exchange for the exclusive guide.
Guardian Jet received hundreds of marketing qualified leads through this popup in just the first few months of it going live.
To help increase organic traffic to the website, our agency provided ongoing content marketing in the form of written articles. Our team provided the initial keyword research and worked with the Guardian Jet team to create search engine optimized articles to promote on the website.
To continue to market to the leads obtained through the exit-intent popup, and the list of contacts the client already had, our agency developed an email marketing strategy plan for Guardian Jet.
The plan included creating multiple email campaigns each month as well as creating automated emails to nurture the leads and promote the written content on the website.
