The Last Word Launches

Every year in the US, over 440,000 people are killed or injured by distracted drivers, leaving their loved ones behind to pick up the pieces. Miami-Dade Expressway, an agency whose mission is to care for and improve our roads, believes it is also their duty to help drivers get home safely.

In conjunction with Ronin Advertising, mediaBOOM developed The Last Word microsite, which is a site specifically meant to raise awareness of the dangers of texting and driving. The Last Word encourages people to “take the pledge” to stop and think the next time they’re behind the wheel and are about to reach for their phone.

Mothers of Bedford Launches

Mothers of Bedford, a feature length documentary, follows five women incarcerated in the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility and looks at their lives through the lens of motherhood. mediaBOOM designed and developed a website to promote the film and to raise awareness of the struggles that mothers face when forced to raise their children from prison.

Miami-Dade Expressway

The Miami-Dade Expressway Authority, known as MDX, is the governing body that manages the five busiest expressways in South Florida. Together with Ronin Advertising, mediaBOOM has worked with MDX to help rebrand the organization. In particular, mediaBOOM has worked on the interactive marketing for MDX, including development of several microsites and an overhaul of MDXWay.com, their flagship site.

In addition to providing visitors with information regarding traffic conditions and MDX events, the site features a custom content management system that allows administrators to manage vendors, procurement solicitations, and more.

Parkmobile in Print

As part of mediaBOOM’s branding initiative with Parkmobile USA, mediaBOOM was presented with the challenge of designing their company brochures. mediaBOOM’s solution consisted of a single pocket folder containing a stitched booklet and removable stepped inserts. The folder’s pocket also incorporates die-cut business card slots for convenience. The simple yet effective design holds true to Parkmobile’s brand and makes it easy for potential customers to learn about Parkmobile’s unique parking systems.
